What we collect

Only what you send us through the website form or by email: name, company, email, phone and your message (for example, the area you need).

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a lease offer and arrange a visit or a call. We do not send newsletters and we never sell data.

How long we keep it

For as long as the lease discussion lasts and at most 2 years after the last contact, then we delete it. If we sign a contract, data is kept as long as the law requires.

Who else has access

The technical providers that run the website and email: Cloudflare (website hosting and email forwarding), Brevo (sending email) and Google (Gmail). The map on the website is provided by Google Maps, which may use its own cookies when you open it.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical cookies of the services above and of Google Maps may be present.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to sales@nord-hub.md. You may also contact the personal data protection authority of the Republic of Moldova.
